How a Daily becomes real.
The public card is fed by the same persistent record used by the WCL Discord bot. No sample reward is shown as live data.
Staff set the contract.
An authorized admin chooses the exact whole-number target and Community Point reward.
One canonical Daily goes live.
Publishing makes the website card active, locks the contract, and announces it in the public WCL channel.
Evidence qualifies the player.
A normal record submission is reviewed. Only an accepted, Discord-linked record can claim the one-per-account reward.
